About the Sex Worker Jobs Bulletin

The Sex Worker Jobs Bulletin is a community resource that helps connect sex workers with administrative, creative, technical, and other professional support opportunities relevant to the adult industry and its participants.

The Bulletin provides a means of distributing job opportunities. It is not an employment agency, staffing agency, recruiter, employer, agent, representative, or party to any employment or independent contractor relationship that may result from a listing.

Carly David and the Sex Worker Jobs Bulletin do not participate in negotiations between hiring parties and applicants and are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment relationships, contracts, payments, working conditions, disputes, or other interactions between them

Eligibility and Verification

Certain features of the Sex Worker Jobs Bulletin are limited to verified participants.

Verification is an administrative process intended to determine whether an applicant meets the Bulletin’s participation criteria. Verification may be based on an established public-facing social account, platform profile, professional website, personal referral, XBIZ.net profile, or other information reasonably sufficient to establish eligibility.

Government-issued identification is not required or requested as part of this verification process.

Verification means only that the applicant has satisfied the Bulletin’s participation criteria at the time of review.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, background check, identity guarantee, safety determination, or representation regarding any person’s character, professional practices, reliability, or conduct.

Approval or denial of verification is at the sole discretion of the Sex Worker Jobs Bulletin.

Verification may be suspended or revoked at any time. The Bulletin is not required to provide an explanation for an application decision, suspension, or revocation.

Job Listings

Job listings must comply with the current submission criteria and Guidelines established by the Sex Worker Jobs Bulletin.

Hiring parties are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete information about the opportunities they submit, including applicable information regarding responsibilities, compensation, location requirements, time commitment, desired start date, and application process.

By submitting a listing, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to offer or advertise the opportunity.
  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have not intentionally omitted information that would materially misrepresent the opportunity.
  • The opportunity complies with applicable law.
  • You will communicate honestly with prospective applicants.
  • You will comply with any commitments you make regarding compensation or working arrangements.

Submission does not guarantee publication.

Editorial Discretion

The Sex Worker Jobs Bulletin retains sole discretion over what it publishes and distributes.

A listing may be rejected, edited, returned for clarification, declined, removed, or discontinued at any time.

The Bulletin may make reasonable editorial changes for clarity, formatting, length, consistency, privacy, or compliance with its Guidelines without altering the material meaning of a listing.

The Bulletin may also refuse or discontinue service to any individual or organization when reasonably determined to be appropriate for the operation, safety, integrity, or purpose of the Bulletin.

No explanation is required for an editorial, publication, verification, access, or removal decision.
